  • LocationArizona — Phoenix metro, Tucson, Flagstaff, Prescott
  • Asset classSingle-family detached, townhomes, casitas. We do not currently manage multi-unit apartments or commercial.
  • Hold horizonLong-term operating, not flip / hold-to-sell. Renewals are the goal.
  • Maintenance postureOwners willing to invest in the building before the resident has to ask.
  • Compliance postureOwners committed to fair-housing and ARLTA-aligned operations.
Engagement model

Two ways to work together.

  1. 01

    Full-service property management

    TKY operates the property end-to-end on the same standard as our owned portfolio — leasing, maintenance, financial reporting, compliance, and resident relationships.

  2. 02

    Partnership / acquisition

    When the property fit is right, TKY may take an ownership position alongside the existing owner. We acquire selectively and only when both sides have a clear thesis.
