Privacy notice
A short summary of what we collect on this site and the resident portal, and what we do with it. We aim for plain English over legal jargon.
What we collect
On tkyholdings.com: the contents of the contact form (name, email, phone, inquiry type, message). We use Vercel Analytics, which captures anonymous, aggregated page-view data without cookies.
On portal.tkyholdings.com: information necessary to administer your lease — name, contact info, rental history, payment information, maintenance requests, and lease documents. Payment processing is handled by our bank's ACH system or by Zelle; TKY does not store full bank credentials.
How we use it
Contact-form submissions are routed to the team to respond to your inquiry — we do not sell, rent, or share your information for marketing. Portal data is used to operate your lease, including statutorily required disclosures and notices.
How we protect it
Both this site and the portal are served over HTTPS. The portal requires authentication and uses session-based access controls. Sensitive data is encrypted in transit and at rest in our managed database (Neon Postgres).
Your rights
Email info@tkyholdings.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, subject to statutory record-keeping requirements (Arizona landlord-tenant law).
